- a terrific lesson for all of us to use during our everyday lives. Thank you Mr. Lombardi.
- comes down to motivation. The will or the lack of will as Lombardi puts it. This example is -
-How many do you think raise their hands? That's right! All of them. So, it is not how long the day has been or how hard the practice, it -
-and all of you are at home plate would you race each other (put them in groups of like speed)? The first one in each group gets a $100 -
-I ask them if they would like me to give them $100. All their hands raise. I ask them if I stand in deep center field -
- No matter how long and hard of a practice, they always have more to give. How do I prove it to them?
- many of you know I am an asst. baseball coach at the University level. What I tell our players is this -
- or lack of knowledge but a lack of will. -- The baseball players I teach get the same message in a different way -
